We saw this band perform at the Shrewton Festival and were very impersed. Agents Orange was formed a year and a half ago and they continue to go from strength to strength. Having played in a variety of pubs, clubs and bars from London to Salisbury their music and following has grown. With a fusion of rock, blues and soul covers from the 60's up to present day they offer music for every taste.

Four highly experienced musicians with high standards come together to make a sound that can't be created by reproducing songs 'parrot fashion' or 'by numbers', as is the case with many other performers. There is a definite chemistry between them which creates a level of understanding that brings the music 'to life'. The enjoyment and enthusiasm of their performance can't help but be passed through to the audience.

 Moving away from the general trends, About A Girl offer their audience a refreshing blend of musical enjoyment. The band is based in North Wiltshire and features the stunning Jenny-Lee on lead vocals. From the power pop of Sheryl Crow and Blondie, the raunchier rock of Meredith Brookes to the smoother sound of Annie Lennox and Dido, the band cross the age divide, catering for all tastes and occasions.  

Black Rush are a 5 piece rock band from the Wiltshire area. They have been described as a mixture between Guns 'N' Roses, AC/DC, Thin Lizzy and Van Halen. Black Rush was founded by brothers Ryan and Karl Hayer who provide the solid guitar work for the band.

 This young West Country trio have a sound as prodigious as their self-made achievements.  What a great band! We were really impressed by this great blues trio. Highway Blues are a band that reaches back to the 30's & 40's with the sounds of Robert Johnson, Muddy waters and the like. Dedicated to delivering the blues in style they travel through the years with blues from Cream, Otis Rush, Fleetwood Mac & Robert Cray among others. These three guys play the blues with passion and humour.

From the mellow Autumn Leaves and My Funny Valentine, through Fly me to the Moon and Cheek to Cheek to Bare Necessities and Ain't Misbehavin', with a bit of the Norah Jones and Sting thrown in, the blend of songs has something for everyone.

 The Elysium Strings are the fresh sound of three accomplished classical players spreading their love of music around the English South-West. All hold Bachelor's degrees in music and have won many prizes and scholarships among them.

While they maintain a firm base repertoire of the classics such as Mozart, Bach and Pachebel, the Elysium Strings pride themselves on their versatility and have been known to dabble happily in jazz, show-tunes and even modern pop and rock.  

 This is a windband, they have approx 30 members but always welcome new members. They play throughout the year at fetes, concerts and dining in nights for the R.A.F. The band went on tour in July 2005 for five days in Holland, this was very successful and was enjoyed by all. They have rehearsals every Monday 7:15-9:15pm at The Cause, Chippenham.
